When is my order shipped?

We have two options for shipping. Economy Shipping ships 5-8 business days. Standard shipping is 3-4 Business Days.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders will be able to be tracked as soon as it is shipped. Different locations will vary.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We will provide you tracking information once your order has shipped. If for whatever reason you do not receive your package, please contact us at and we’ll sort it out. 

What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged order, please return it, and we’ll send you a new one as soon as we receive the returned item(s). We will pay return shipping on any damaged or defective order.

How long does it take to receive my refund on a canceled order?

Your refund will be issued as soon as it is processed on our end. All bank institutions are different. 


Can I place an order by phone?

No. Right now, we do not accept phone orders. 

How safe is it to order online?

Ordering online from Aphrodite’s is 100% secure. 

How do I order a gift for someone?

Upon checkout, we offer the option to have your items gift wrapped. Simply select this option and ensure the shipping address of the recipient is accurate, and we’ll make sure your gift arrives beautifully wrapped. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet shipped, simply log into your account and make changes to your order. If your items have already shipped, send us an email at and immediately return the item to us when it arrives. Please note, you will have to pay shipping fees to return the order.

For all returns and exchanges we offer store credit.
