 A Tibetan prayer mala is a strand of prayer beads held with great reverence. Traditionally a Tibetan prayer mala was used as a spiritual practice to help one keep track of mantra repetitions. One mala is made of 108 prayer beads to represent 108 recitations of a mantra with an additional eight prayer beads for eight more recitations.

When used respectfully, a Tibetan prayer mala focuses on awareness and concentration.

This Tibetan natural sandalwood superfine prayer mala consists of 108 beads and contains a distinguishing bright yellow tassel. In addition to helping improve awareness and concentration, the sandalwood helps improve relationships, encourages truth, and makes it easier to identify deceit.

    Damages and issues
